Are all Clio hubs the same?

I've got a Clio 172 Cup and the passenger front hub just shattered when trying to press in a bearing. My question is are all Clio hubs the same as I've found a 1.4 sport hub on eBay and want to know if it's the same? Otherwise the actual 172 hubs are much more expensive.

i think the cups have a different distance in bolt holes where leg bolts on to the normal 172's bud

IIRC the 172 cup hubs are the same as the other sport hubs apart from the 182 cup hubs and trophy. non-sport hubs are different spacing too.
