I have asked the buyer if it comes with the dvd player as that acts as the amp/decodr (i cant use it without this) but there has been no reply.

Do any of you know the model number for the system by looking at the picture? i cant find it on google for s**t.

(Is there a way of just linking it with the tv?)

Not necessarily. The amp might be in the back of the sub
