Advice from people in Print

  Golf GTi MkV
I am doing a mailer for work which is A5 in size, scored in the middle so folds to A6.

We are having them printed on 1 side full colour and the back (inside) we want to print in-house so they are personalised.

Now to seal these, we want to use the gum strips or 'moisten here' glue type stuff. We will have these added to the initial print from the printers, is it ok to run these through our laser printer with this on or will it get stuckin the printer? They will be duplexed so will have to go in twice.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I think you may get problems with 3 things (i could be wrong).

1. Scored mailers might jam in your laser?

2. Gum might stick as Laser prints get hot and can effect the glue.

3. Make sure the mailer is printed Litho and NOT on a digital press as this will f**k up your laser printer.
