Advice for Renaul Clio 2006 Sedan for rear brake shoes

Any one could advice me if it advisable to change my rear brake from Drum to Disk?

Need to change the brake shoes but don't know what's the part number can anyone guide me or tell me what is the part number? or should i change this to disk brake?
