3rd gear knock

When changing from 2nd to 3rd at high revs it seems as though the whole engine moves when you get back on the power. I've already uprated the dogbone mount, so am I right in thinking its the other two mounts that are the problem?

I have this in my cup, its the top gearbox mount on mine that needs doing.

Glad im not the only one, are they a pain in the butt to change? Also uprated or standard renault cheese?

I dont know how hard to change but the standard Renault ones are about £20.
