Are these things any good?? I see it as a bit of a side step from the VX. But then what the hell do I know. I drive a Saab Estate! lol

Haha alright mate! Yeah they're ok, highly capable and very tail happy...can catch you out if you're driving's not up to much. The VX was awesome and I do miss it but the 350's so much more usable on a day to day basis; I got tired of getting in and out of the VX, it's cold and long motorway journeys were tiring. This thing munches miles but is more thirsty and you don't really get much concept of speed, in the VX if you were hacken down a lane at 60 odd you knew it- in the 350 it feels like you're going 30 lol.

Yeah i must admit I couldn't be assed living with a VX/Elise everyday. Nice toy but a shite of a car to live with...

I'd rather waft along in my Saab with my Auto box and radio 2! lol!

Bank of England looks set to cut interest rates
Households caught in the fall-out from the global credit crunch have been told to expect a Bank of England rate cut later this week.
City experts said it was likely the Bank of England will cut interest rates by quarter of a percentage point to 5% at its monthly meeting on Thursday, despite the impact that such a move could have on inflation.
It will be the Bank's third rate cut since December, although homeowners have struggled to benefit so far after tighter credit conditions caused nervous lenders to withdraw products and increase rates on many ranges.
Members of the Bank of England's monetary policy committee (MPC) will be concerned the current uncertain conditions could feed through into sharply lower growth in the UK economy.

Howard Archer, chief economist at Global Insight, said he expected rates to finish the year at 4.25%.

Hey Justin, I'm always chopping and changing my mind bud...I'm probably gonna sell up pretty soon as I'm gonna be out the county for a few months over the summer and then half a year next year. Thinking I might go for an 03 ep3 type r in silver with high miles as a hood ride lol- should be able to get one for 5.5k plus its gonna be reliable and still fairly nippy. I would be tempted by another clio sport but been there done that and got the receipts to prove it lol
