1997 clio 1.4 RT engine swap

hi guys i have a 97' 1.4 RT and i want to swap it's engine with 1.8 RSi. My question is that does the engine fit directly or need to make custom mounts and stuff ? and one other question is that is it possible to make modifications on the stock engine to get the performance of the 1.8 RSi.

I am very new at this site and hope to gets your comments and thoughts =)

Just use the RSI mounts rather than making anything custom, not fancy a f7p or f7r instead for the same amount of work?

well thought about that but my budget is a bit low so found a cheap RSi engine with transmission and all so thought maybe to use it.
