182 Sump Washer

What should this look like?

The chap at Reno wanted my reg as he said they changed.

The one I put on was metal with a small rubber lip that only pushed on the base of the plug.

The one I took off looked like it had more rubber and was tight against the thread of the sump plug. Like an inner rubber ring.

I now have a slight weep.

Just changed the oil in my 182 yesterday, mine was a metal washer with a rubber ring inside.
