182 running prooblem

hi there my 2004 182 dosn't sound quite right when idling and feels like it wants to cut out but the rev dial dosn't drop. it dosn't happen all the time.
i've just had the coils changed and the spark plugs changed and its still doing it. dose any one know what it could be

Throttle body probably needs a clean, some on here say 98ron fuel makes it run smoother.
All 182's run lumpy anyway.

clean out the TB
