172 Exhaust Back Box

Hi, after some advice please. I have a 02, 172 import. Last night the back box fell off on the A50 lol, (sparks firing out of the back were quite immpressive). Anyway, today when I tried to get a price from about 4 different places, they came back with no item listed !!! Am a bit shocked that this is the case for such a popular little hot hatch. So question is, does anyone have the part number for the back box ??? Im not an expert in cars, so ANY advice here would be great. Also, dont have time to go to any specialist tuners/garages, just want to get one from my local parts place if poss.

www.k-tecracing.com do some very good clio 172 specific exhaust systems at reasonable prices.

As do yozzasport (google it)

If your going to replace the exhaust on a 172 you have to go stainless steels otherwise it will happen again in 30K miles. Both the above systems are stainess steel and have alife time guarantee.

Mine fell off a while back too.. took it to my local chemix and they fitted a new std back box and mounting bracket for about 65 quid. No Fuss.

Just fully read your post about the specialist tuners, both will deliver and you can have it fitted locally.
