172 engines ph1 - ph2

What are the differences between the 172 ph1 and ph2 engines?

Building an engine for my new rally car, so which is better as standard, are inlet or exhaust ports bigger on either for instance.

Ph1 has different exhaust manifold and a drive by wire throttle body

The ph1 exhaust manifold is no different. And the throttle body Is cable driven not DBW.
