172 cup trock rods HELP!!

basically had sniff around found this thread:

where its states an easy way is to just get kangoo rods so typed reg in on ECP all the ones listed are listed as exact same length as the ones that come up if i put i the cups reg
it also says in that thread that a guy just bought some listed when he put his cup in and they fit :S even though numerous people said they wouldnt due to listed length any ideas?

i really dont want to pay £60 from renualt as i can get them for £21 from ECP #

Have you spoke to adam at renault wolverhampton about prices of the parts.?

If you get them adam/renault wolverhampton in the traders section they're only 40 quid each and come with a new gator.

Some people have managed to find the correct length ones, but you will probably need to take the old one to try them out.

I did some research on the Lemforder ones and they don't seem to make the longer version and just have the shorter version listed for the Kangoo.

As said firstline is one for sure but I can't remember the others know, mine are still okay. And they ain't dear, £12 I payed for mine.

Make sure you check them before booking it in somewhere or go to do the work, I had two different threads on the knuckle, they were In the same boxes with same part numbers. FYI its the finer thread you need.

they have cocked that up, one of those isn't for an SMI rack

^^^^ yeah as said its the top is for cup's. They were packaged wrong at the factory afaic as the boxes were all new and never been opened, another was sent out which confirmed my thoughts.
