Last night after giving the 16v a quick blaT up a short road I came to a junction changed into 2nd gear tried to pull away and the revs dropped and the car did not want to accelerate. It started to cough and splutter with the revs refusung to increase. Eventally the car died on me on the side of the road. Left it for 5- 10 mins the engine was rotating but refusing to start was gonna call my dad to come give us a tow when she started and seemed to be ok while i drove it home. Toaday the engine rotates but will not start for love nor money.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem may be ?

P.s To top it all off its raining outside and I have no garage - it sucks
