Film has been speeded up, look at the flash rates of the turn signals on the other cars, plus it was shot 30 years ago and very early in the morning, hardly the traffic that fills Paris today.

it doesnt look like its speeded up much at all if it is. the other cars are going at a reasonable rate when they go across the way.

either way i think its a brilliant bit of film.
