Bump... not sure what I'm looking for in regards to the main control relay. Turns over fine, I have sparks, starts when I put fuel directly in to inlet... Electrical fault somewhere??? Help :(

Fuses all tested ok, was thinking bad earth??? what is an mcr? Thanks

Also the electrical fault light is showing on the dash...

The bloke tested the sensors around the injectors, he took the inlet off and squired fuel down and it started momentarily, appreciate the help. scott.

Recently bought a 172 cup and have had problems, I have had someone out and he said there is low voltage t the injectors. Therefore the injectors aren't opening and car not starting. What could the low voltages be??? Relays, earth, ecu, wiring ??? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Yeah tried locking and unlocking, just stays on, I've swapped all the relays over with my friends apart from one, the pink one??? Could this be it? Thanks

Nothing, just put another thread on because I'm really out of ideas of what to do and people on here have helped out by saying its an electrical fault but I didn't know if anyone could point me in the right direction of where to look etc, really struggling of where to start Thanks

Took the battery off to check engine mount and put battery back on and this light appeared, engine will turn over but will not fire up, I can't hear the fuel pump working or anything :( help please

I took it off to check engine mount underneath and when I put battery back on this light appeared and now won't fire it looks like a heartbeat monitor machine yeah, any ideas on what to do? Many thanks

charged it for 24 hours the other day, will still turn engine over with no fire???

put negative on first then positive, not much else to it is there???

ok, so driving along and the car randomly stalls, try starting it and it sounded like it was going to fall apart so i loooked at it and realsied the top mount was in two... replaced this and started it again and is not as bad but still knocks every 0.5-1 second... took battery off to look at...

Yeah o/s top engine mount. Light goes out when ignition is on, what could it be? Appreciate the help, thanks

Bought a 172. Driving it home, done 70 miles ans literally at the end of my road it stalled, tried starting it and it sounded like a bag of nails. Pushed it home and realised top mount had split in 2 :( replaced it and still sounded awful, took battery off to check other mount and that was fine...
