I have a ff clio 182 and have been offered some gaz coilovers for it at the price i can get v-maxx ones for ( but the gaz are low milage second hand ones obv ) my question is wich would be better ? with the gaz ones being second hand etc but sposably only covered around 1k miles etc cheers...

Hi not sure if this is in the right section but here we go .. over the past couple of days my 182 has developed quite bad torque steer under acceleration in 1st and second gears could this be possibly to do with engine /gearbox mounts ? or has any one any ideas? cheers arron

Hi i have been offered a couple of half decent wheels as a replacement for mine as mine has bad bad melting on it....but these dont have the cruise control buttons on them can i fit the ones from mine? or do i need one with them in? cheers arron

Dont know if this is in the right section ( sorry if its not btw) iam on the look out for a coilover set for my clio 182 cup and i have stumbled accross a place that does v-maxx kits for any model of the clio 2 for £373.80 heres a direct link to the "model select page"...

...intermitantly stays on when i have locked the car etc have to get back in and cycle the ignition then it goes straight off....i will add that i have a pioneer head unit and the adapter lead for the wheel switches.. thanx in advance arron:S

after purchasing a new led number plate bulb and seeing how fresh it looked iam after doing my interior bulb , basicaly are they the festoon style 239 bulb? as its dark out and i was wanting to order it now lol many thanx arron

Ok i know its not my clio but is my dads megane, its on a 2003 ( one with the big bum ) lol started having a few issues with it starting it does crank over fires then dies does this about 3 or 4 times then fires normaly and runs fine.... from what my dad says its after he makes short ish...

... i have been through and read alot of other threads through the search box... but tbh still unsure it has no faults within the system and mpg has gone down from around 40mpg on the motorways to around 24mpg no matter where iam driving.... i understand that lambda sensors are problematic wich...

is it worth fitting one? i only use it on the road and tbh nothing else so would it be worth while? many thanx arron

.... ihave recently purchased a 2003 megane 1.4 16v with a snapped cambelt upon removal of the cylinder head i have noticed that there only appears to be one cylinder head dowel... is this correct? as the opposit hole on the diagonal has only a counter sunk hole not a counter bore for a dowel...

Have plugged it in on the diagnostic systems at work but no faults stored, no engine noises or any thing just seems to be flat like if a mass airflow sensor has gone down on it or such like. is there any thing that is a commonly known proble? any help verry appreciated cheers arron
