ok, the wheels are now off and it seems that the problem was the paint, it was bubbling from the inside of the rim to the outside of the rim! the air was escaping through the linked bubbles lol. should be an easy refurb/ repair. thanks for the advice guys

Yeh, the guy showed the mrs where the air was comming from, just never seen it before and wondered if it can be repaired, no visable dinks but ill get some photos up by tmr, i ve got the spare(steel) and another steel rim going on tmr, booo!

i had two really slow punctures so i thought whilst i was at it i may aswell get new tyres; local garage supplied and fitted via blackcircles, the next day both flat!!! took it back to the garage today and he tried 3 times to seal the tyre and then said that my alloys are no good??

has anyone been told that thier punctures cannot be repaired because the alloy wheel is no good? if so can they be repaired? is there anything i can do? thanks in advance

My mate has just purchased a 182 cup in inferno orange. just wondering if i could get any back round on it? it has recaros acording to renault heritage only 18 odd were sold with this combination,both cup packs? oh and the all important clio sport sticker. he got it from flee bay,milton...

that rr day was cool a great if not very cold day,my standard 172 cup hit 184 bhp,my mates hit 183 bhp,the main thing is that they are running well.some nice cars there too.nice to meet a few of you

i have only just got my 172, and drive it to work sometimes i can get nearly 45mpg out of it according to the computer, i take it you have checked your tyre pressures and stuff like that.

edwena, how did you get on with the dent repair? i have a few little ones and some paintwork that i need doing. i know alot of this stuff is done by word of mouth so if he wants more work can i have his number too??? please?
