I bought this car and drove it home. It wasn't making the noise then. I changed the clutch and i drove it to and from the mot place and it's noisy as hell. Possible causes? I can't believe i have broken the diff/gearbox...

The gearstick feels like its in 4th and the selector looks like it is too; The 1+2 and 3+4 shafts are all neutral, but the 5th shaft is outwards; Anyone able to help Identify if I am in 5th? Cheers

I undertook a clutch change and came to move the car and only seem to get 5th. I tried engaging gears at the selector fork and only seem to get the gear pulling down and back towards the rear of the car. I'm not sure what gear this is, but anyone got any ideas why it's doing this? I'm manage...

I bought a cup that had been stripped including some of the loom. I decided to transfer all the bits from my 172 to the cup. I have now realise after fitting the heater matrix that the plugs are different on the loom so i have decided the quickest option is to swap the dash/interior looms...

I lost my patience but still can't see how to get the fecking thing out. Anyone else done this? I'm also assuming once i get this out i can remove the internal heater ducting and matrix, as there seems to be something holding it in still.
