Im after a cheap wireless flash trigger set for my canon and wondered what you all use? do you use expensive equipment? or do you find the cheap sets just as good? Im not worried about TTL metering for the flashes, just a reliable one.

Odd one this....if i open and modify my raw files it creates an xmp file, which is normal as it contains all the metadata. Time machine backs these up fine without a problem, BUT if i try and back them up (copy paste) to either a NT server or external usb HDD, i get the error access is denied...

Basically the car battery died, we jumped it a few months ago but in the process the engine management light popped on. It hasn't gone off or re-set itsself but the car is working fine now after fitting a new battery. Any way i can get this light off? disconnecting the battery again for 24hrs...

right, ive had my mac replaced and until now the netgear stora was happily doing backups. same mac has been replaced so i thought it would be easy to just restore... BUT all i can do is start to create anew batch of backups... how the hell do i get at my old backups?
