I helped a mate out the weekend with a few things in his new house and got chatting to his new neighbour about classic cars, seems he has a few gems hidden away...
He was sat in it when it happened, his door was open behind my car. He is going to get a quote off his body shop but he is also going to tell his insurance company. also just found out he has trackdays insurance but I don't, and Phil from easytrack has said its happened before and normal...
Iv just reversed into someones door in the pits, it's my fault. But I was just wondering if anybodys had a similar accident. I don't think a normal insurance company would want to know and class it as the race circuit. Theory is if you have a proper race car not road legal and it happened I...
Any pics of the roll?? You obviously enought your cars and track days, have you ever thought about competing. Not like the 10-15k would break the bank:rasp:
I complety agree!! If you only go to work and back i really wouldnt worry about track pads and bang some renault items in. If and when you decide to do a track day then maybe think about upgrading then but for now id save your dollars.
Maybe it was a bit twitchy because of the different ride hieghts front to back. So the front was planted and the rear was very live and active, meaning under heavy braking and lifting off it would be a handful. Higher in the front should of made the overall balance better and easier to throw...
And for the book the Yozza's arnt THAT loud, my new race system with a decat ran up a 96dB at Cadwell on the weekend. Quieter than my old Ktec stealth with a cat:S

I wouldnt imagine it would be to great, probably lots of understeer with the front being stiffer that the back. I find a hard rear and soft front is a good setup. Cant be to hard to find some rear koni dampers for cheap.
What about konigsports, never really mentioned much when comparing coilovers.

Re: Dave.'s Trumpeted Engine Spec, Cammed Up Gunit, 2118'd Carbon Vagina Boob obsessi
How much are the bluestuff pads because PF are now over £200, probably a little bit overkill for a road car. Any news if matts finished it??
