Its CS5 i have a nikon D3100, how do i go about upgrading to edit RAW?

Hi, I got photoshop from one of my 'friends', what i was wondering is i have a fairly new camera and it doesnt let me edit RAW photos atm, can i still update PS or how do i go about it? Any help is appreciated!

Ive only had one day out at Knockhill in scotland and got theese two pictures that im happy with, just a beginner so im pretty chuffed with theese two.

Im using a free programme called photoscape, it does and auto sharpen ect thats what i used but i think the distance away from the track is whats causing the distortion. Yeah the lens seems to be the biggest problem i could do with a 200mm maybe something like that but i was trying my hardest...

I havent even realised 'bulb' mode on my camera how do you get it on the d3100?

ok so i should remove the lens at night and put the lens on during the day?

would that not come up on all my pictures not just some? plus i have a lens cap thats always on unless taking photos never had it out in the rain!

ive got a ultra violet filter on my camera ment to stop glare i think how do i get rid of them?

i dont think i have bulb mode on my camera? :S if i buy a remote does this help the shutter speed or just the non shake of the camera?
