dont valvers have very good standard suspension any way, i was gonna get poly buses anyway, but do you think the standard shocks and springs are good enough.

As title says, im thinking of turning the clio ive just bought in to a road legal track car, any tips and experiances would be greatful.
i will be collecting the car this week, its a mk1 phase 2 valver in dark blue.

TYhere is a bloke on here called terry, dont know his board name, he swapped me a dodgy clio for my old 200sx. he also lied on sxoc when selling the 200, making in out to have stuff it didnt have, and then turned the lie on to me by saying i told him it had the variouse items.

yeah, either that or buy the whole williams, depending on funds, i want a track car mainly, so dont really want a whole williams, it will get stone chipped to f**k and ruined, i will just have to see
i got dibbs on a willy engine, box and ecu, so it should be easy swap, ive had experiance helping a friend put a RB26 DETT in a 200 sx so this will be a walk in the park. what do i do about drive shafts, are they the same, which ones do i use?

how can cams fail, i already have a set of kent cams and pullys on my valver, they work perfectly fine, my friend has a set in his vts'd engined 106 rally, and they have never had a problem.
what reason have you to belive they 'fail'?
have you ever had them fail on you?
if they did fail...
The reason im asking is cos ive got a valver im breaking and want to know
1) if they fit for example a 1.4
2) would it be benificial for them to put it on a 1.4

The person who owned my car before me put the bigger breather from the rocker cover and routed it to a 1litre oil canister below the battery as a catch tank
after 1 day of an oil swap this was about 250ml full, surly that much oil shouldnt be coming through the breathers...
