Not man enough for red, tiny balls :( There all prepped at work now... Still no idea what colour to do them tho... And times ticking ! Also for the record , the bonnets carbon , only did the roof black to try and keep the black/carbon theme but I agree the roof looks s**t. Begrudge painting...

Love the red, can get a nearly anodised red-colour off a Suzuki....but I think if I ever wanted to sell the car I would struggle with red 'hoops.

Also please ignore the random letters missing and where it says 'mum' ,for some strange reason my phone thought it would be funny.

I heard about this car, it's got a full AAS stainless system on it, got offered the car for £1100. Walked away, far to cheap so something's dodgy . Apparently the lads just bought a new ad so the clio's no longer needed but why sell it for that little. Fishy

Yeh it's a 172, I painted some parts for a R8 on the Monday and fell in love with the colour so just went with it. Looks alot better in the flesh if I'm honest . Going to get my pal Stu to take some proper pics.

I ran out of sticky pads for the front but I'm gonna leave it off till I can find one of the long plates, not sure where to find them tho.

Also , if anybody can show me where to get a "full size" front reg I would be über gratefull :)

Ok so just a quick update, had a impulse to repaint the clio in a different colour and do a bit of smoothing/tidying up (car park dents galore!). So the purists won't like it and I know iv ruined a good car etc etc but it's just a work horse to me, and I suppose it's all down to personal taste...

Sorry for the late reply pal. Depends how low you go, the front of mine won't physically go lower as it touches the inner arch on occasions (not even with full lock :-/ ) You will deffo need to put a massive flare on the rear and move the front bumper carriers forward about 4", not easy buddy...

I run yellow fogs on mine, main reason being it looks cool (IMO), but does make them less likely to shatter if a stone clips one. I use LaminX

Cheers pal, tiny bit of scrubbing on the rear with more than 1 passenger , gonna fit some of those rubber things that people use when towing to stop the spring compressing too far . Although it did take ALOT of graft to get them to fit. There 16"x8" et15 lol

Agree with above ^^^^ Unless it on its knees stick with 16" rims, multi spoke wheels are always a winner tho

Also , appreciate all comments good and bad. Ref the badges, is I could find a colour similar I was going to black the badge and do the letters in the bronze but Rota won't release the paint code so il just have to try and match something up at work

It was your clio that put the final nail in the coffin as for wheel choice so seems fitting :) lol
