my valver has 102,000 miles on the clock, and i havent got a clue when the camebelt was last done! out of all the thousands of recipets i got i cant find one for a cambelt change! im sure its bee done but when do they need to be done, and also whendoes the second one need to be done??? is...

i saw a phat clio with a full body kit on in southampton today, im not to sure weather it was a valver or not. i heard a dumpvalve when it drove past tho.

for a car with a supercharged engine its a bit pants really isnt it! why not pay to put a supercharger on a 182 and then compare!

any one got aany ideas, how much it would cost to install a new power steering rack on a vavler, mines at the end of its days (the steering rack i mean) and hopefully im getting one for cheap.

yea was nice talking to you to arj256, shame it wasnt sunny like today, would of washed the car then, just brought a polished up cam cover and some hoses for the beast today, and its getting put on the rolling road at the weekend, cant wait. oh yea and hopeing to get a power steering...

ive got a power boast valve for my 16v i was just wondering weather your able to adjust it at all, its a fse boast valve, i havent got a clue really, all i no is that it sounds nice and i got no flat spots, appreciate it if anyone could give me any info plaese???? thankx

its as blitz air filter i think all the mods are form recipts i have found in the cars history i personally havent done anything engine moding wise, YET! i think i might just stick it on a rolling road at the weekend, i know were i am then.

that was me in the valver, i came to the meet tonight (17th april) didnt get chatting to many people tho, bit nervous to be honest lol, enjoyed it, hopeing to get chatting to more people tho. pitty there wasnt anymore 16vs there.
