Thats extreme. Where abouts can one take a go kart that one has built. i was thinking of doing this with oen of the dual engine karts or a rotax but id not want to race seriously. what kind of events/places could i go to
it looks terrible. for cup buyers wanting a nice fast little car, get the 172/182 leather. for cup buyers wanting a fookin fast car strip out the back seats and get buckets (preferably reverie carbon ones)
basically you just admited that your car was cheap. Modded with things that are cheap. Thats nowt to be proud of. Some of the stuff looks ok (ie the wheels you havent yet changed).
If you like it then go for it but my mate has done the same as you and for about 6 months it was great but...
theyre doing what they did with the modus on the bonnet/bumper. Its to allow for the pedestrian saftey thing. The bonnet wont be big enough to take out the engine for serious work so when they start going wrong after warranties are up itll be a bumper, bonnet, radiator, entire front end off...
For my first year of driving i always drove fast and braked hard and wasted loads of petrol because my parents paid for it. Now i drive much more slowly and just like anyone else really. I also pay for my own petrol now so i like to keep the costs down (for some reason i still only get 32mpg)...
Samshing out the internals of a cat is better than getting a pipe fabricated because its way cheaper and itll pass the observation test at an MOT if they choose to do it (looking for the cat under the car)
