    I doubt it would give more grunt as the entrance to the plenum isn't much bigger than 60mm. I think the cheapest i've seen on there is abou £60 delivered. ​I have the same issue as you with the body sticking :(

    Thanks for the reply I have taken off and stripped back the manifold and then sealed all the component parts with RTV before re assembly.     Things it's not... CPS, MAP, ICV, Inlet temp sensor. all gasket areas sealed with RTV. TB is clean and closing properly. ​Next thing is TPS!

    1 question !

    Could be a faulty injector. Had the same issue on a Saab. Basically fuel leeks out of the injector when the engines off, passes the piston rings and gets to the sump. This thins the oil and makes it smell of petrtol. ​
