Tried digging out some info on this as I read about it years ago when I was considering turbo'ing my 182 (luckily never made that mistake!) It could be used on a NA car but would be of little/no benefit iirc

Well the only help I can offer others is don't bother contacting Henk at fastchip for help. He fobs you off with stupid excuses like the VCI came out before vista and hence there isn't a driver for it (even though it was working on my old laptop running vista fine) and then when he's had enough...
