Wow impressive job. I only have one question, what are you going to do with the oil breather that comes from the head of the engine to the intake manifold?, if this is longer how are you going to put the TB??, cheers.
Go for the F4R TB, is the same TB and it will fit like the original TB. You can replace the bottom from the 1.6 and do a remap, I think it's easier and cheaper.
No, I have a 1.6 16V. I only have Laguna TB, K&N air panel filter, inlets matching, exhaust manifold and a remap from Henk (RSTuner).
It's very expensive for us to do these things here in Venezuela, so we try to modify the original camshafts and we gain compression by skimming the head and...
You can buy the pistons+rods and crankshaft of the 1.6 and make your 1.4 into a 1.6. You can also buy wossner high compression pistons with 1 mm plus in diameter to make a 1650cc. Camshafts from catcams I think they are the best for this engine. A good head porting, and inlets matching. K&N...

If you have 0-60 mph times or ¼...
I found this in the RSTuner manual:
10.3 RSTuner Matrix Analysis
This module is for advanced users to assist them with creating or adjusting calibration performance files.
So if I'm reading right, this means that I can modify the .cal files when I want, where I want. Hope this helps.
