o2 claim to be evaluating the iPhone tariffs, maybe they'll improve the situation soon. You may be ok though and you do have the bolt-on.

The tariffs suck.

But o2 don't care. They know people will buy the iPhone anyway.

i have A bolt-on, theres no guarantee that the women who put it through knew what she was doing, and theres no guarantee they will honour it.

Loads of ways to go about it, buy 16gb PAYG Iphone
£440

Then change the PAYG tarrif to top up £30 a month get unlimited free texts + £30 to spend on calls+ your free internet for a year.

or

02 also do simplicity, on 12 month contract get 1600 texts + Free Internet + 600 mins for £20 a month

or

on 1 month contract it's the same but with 1200 texts

Works out pretty much the same as on a 18 month contract but get more for your monnies.

if i did go down the pay as you go route, id do a 12 month simplicity contract with unlimited net bolt on. but i cant afford the phone, plain and simple. i know it works out the same over the long run, but i simply dont have that cash atm. after the summer maybe?

does anyone know where i stand in regards to the contract?

i have signed a legally binding contract stating that i am paying £7something for unlimited texs. surely they cant just say sorry thats a mistake, your not having it?

Well it looks like I have to post this in here (although I am sure it'll get overlooked)

I noticed on the Featured section of the Apps Store that they're selling MobileNavigator Navigon sat nav system for a limited time for 38 quid.

I quite like the idea of not having to worry about leaving my exisitng sat nav in the car or carrying it around with me and the 38 quid price tag is quite appealing.

Does anybody know if it is any good? I can't seem to find any reviews (Google or App Store.)
Plus is there a cradle option for the 3Gs yet?

Hmmm I appear to have a problem with my 3GS, A couple of times now during calls the other person says I'm breaking up, have looked at my signal and its full! any ideas? network or handset issue?

has anyone had an unlimited tex bolt-on put on their contract for the 3GS, only to have spoken to 02 over the weekend, and have had it removed as it was a mistake?

So it may have been posted already buit is there a 100% complete step by step guide including all the things that need downloading to jailbreak 3.0?

If there is can someone post it up, also in reality what are the benefits of jailbreaking other than ebing able to change icons/backgrounds/ and "aquiring" some apps

Well one day in to having a 3Gs and all I can say is wow! On the bog listening to High Contrast whilst browsing ClioSport ftmfw!!

LOL, I've decided that the iPhone is very much an "on the bog" phone tbh, seems to be when I use it most.
