1. wolfrace asia tech kendo
2. wolfrace pro sprint

And also wud it be sufficient enough to lower it by 30mm

thanks for ur time :) and im looking forward to talkin to u all very soon

Id go for anthracite wheels on that colour, in 16", and lower it 60mm. The 182 cup wheels would look good. Few sets in the for sale section on here.

30mm wont look much lowered at all mate.

My old extreme on 17" mygales, lowered 60mm.

the thing is my drive is pretty steep lol, i want 17's on it, u reckon i will get away wiv dropping it 40?

  Clio 172 mk2
F**k 17s....with lowering springs it'll kill the ride/handling.

Go for 16s with a sensible drop.

Ive just taken delivery for my Wolfrace Asia Tec Suzuka's (205/40/17). They go great with my car and it's the same colour as yours. I'll post some pic's up within the next couple of days.

Pretty tidy actually mate. I'm now not sure I want to drop mine at all.. Still got some good clearance between the wheel arch and the tyre, but I think 30mm is all I could get in without rubbing or rolling the arches. So ill see what it's like for a couple of weeks :)

Here's the wheel anyway:

yer thats kool mate, well i have my car booked in at r-tec a week on saturday to have the wheels that i choose fitted and lowered, but im feeling the asia tech kendo's, just waiting for are 197 to turn up

Tbh mate, and this is purely my opinion I wouldn't have black wheel's as im not sure in a few months ill be happy with the look. (Kendo's are black multi-spoked with silver lip??). They are a nice wheel, but with our colour I think it clashes. Either way it will still look tidy :)

nah m8 they aint black alloys, im gettin them in a shadow chrome
do u use msn?

  RenaultSport 197
Yea I thought it was that wheel. Very nice, that wheel will look a million quid on the Clio. Yea I got msn. You can add me now, but I can only get on it at home, and im at work now.

I'll drop you a PM.

nice one fella, i added ya, i will wont be after 5 till about 10 as i have work, but i will catch up wiv u then. yer im finking gettin the kendo's coz i think the colour will go nicely wiv the baby blue, well its booked in on the 14th i just gotta decide on wheels, its costing me about 770£ alloys tyres lowering, locking wheel nuts all fitted

No trouble at all, although it did make the ride harsh, but I wasn't too bothered about that. Got minor rubbing at the rear with 205's fitted so added some 5mm spacers and this cured it. No rubbing at the front.

oh ok kool, sounds good, but i dont think im gonna drop it by that much lol
wat was the percentage of ur tints bk n front on ur 1.2?

  M2 Competition
Sorry but those kendo's look terrible mate! Seriously! Dead cheap and tacky.

Id go for what daz had, 16" 182 wheels, dropped 60mm. Anthracite looks good against the cyclone blue. Will cost you far less than £800 too!

I'm not a fan of either of the Wolfrace wheels posted up, they look a bit too bling for my liking. I'd go with a set of 182 alloys & spotof lowering tbh.
Unless you want the car to stand out with the Wolfrace alloys ?

Clio_Craig

to be honest guys, i want the car to stand out, i see wat ur saying about the 182 alloys, but im not that keen on them, im working wiv a budget. the picture of the kendo's are not the same colour as the ones im getting

C

Clio_Craig

well the alloys tyres springs and fitting is all about 770£ from r-tec
but im limited on what alloys i can have, wat u reckon m8?

  Breaking A 172 Replica
They look soooo cheap.

The clio is not a chav chariot and shouldn't have chavvy wheels fitted to it!

Get some 172 FF alloys OR 182 anthracite alloys.

Don't get 17s if you value the handling and ride.

dont like any of the wheels youve posted sorry, looks like something a 17 year old would throw on with his neon washer jets and alluminium wiper blades.
