Can you buy new oem rack gaiters on their own?

Seen on RPD the kit with a inner tre but mine are fairly new and have plenty of life.

Or is there a decent alternative?

The original 40mm ID gaiter was part number 7701469496, but Renault have now substituted Febi 21171.

They are the correct Elastomer material.
