Was mobil 1 0w 40w, cheers.

Last time my 182 was in for a service the dealer used mobil 0w 40w, is this the right oil? Other posts seem to suggest it should be 5w 40w. What difference will this make, if any? Cheers, stu

Renault dealer just phoned back with a progress report.. Needs new drivers side driveshaft which they've ordered and will be fully covered by warranty.. Didn't even need to argue!!

Got my windscreen seal checked, noise still there. Seems def to be wipers as it goes when they are on.. I've got bosch wipers at the moment, anyone else had this problem? If so, how did u sort it...?

Mine too. Completely standard, just had a service, and still doin it! 5 mins gentle drivin in the mornin and its fine tho.. Just somthin you have to live with..

Would my april 04 182 be covered under warranty for a driveshaft. When it was serviced a couple of months back, renault said o/side gaiter was holed. Apparently this isn't available separately and i've been quoted around £300..

Are these washers mentioned above an easy fix? How long and complicated to fit?

Would it possibly only do it when turning left?

Is this knocking noise when turning? And can it just suddenly start when its never done it before?

My 04 plate 182 cup has started making a knocking noise when when turning left. It only does it under acceleration.. Any ideas?

Windscreen was replaced bout nine months ago, and I've also replaced the wiper blades.. Think a trip back to autowindscreens may be in order.. Cheers folks..

Hey, got a bit of a nuisance whistling noise coming from the front of my 2004 clio182.. It happens bout 75mph and above, seems to be coming from the centre conole air vents and is very annoying.. Has anyone else suffered this problem out there??
