Hi everyone, been a while since I've been on here, but the wives 182 has been doing our heads in.
Basically, the red light and beep that you'd normally get when you drive the car without a seatbelt on comes on while driving, sometimes in corners, sometimes in straights, all very random. (and...
Hi guys, as above really, Im looking to see if there is a way to get a 3.5mm jack plug into the standard 182 head unit. Is there an aux in that could be used (maybe for a CD changer or something?).
Hi Guys,
Ive recently got another 182, had an issue with an ABS type sensation at low speed. Had it up on the ramp at my local garage and apparently the ABS ring is split. So I need a new Driveshaft. The guy in the garage reckons £220 + vat to fit an exchange item. About £130 + vat for the part...
Ive just got a 182 and its doing this too... above 85 Mph and it squeals, push on the interior light cluster and it stops. must've looked a right plonker driving down the local bypass at 90 odd holding the roof up!

Hi guys, been away a while having sold my last 182 a year or so ago now, but currently looking for a BG 182 for our lass. I've come across one fairly local who claims that the belts and dephaser were done by the above firm, now a few years back most people would only use a certain few (probably...
Looks reet. Subframe checked yet, or is that on the to do list when it goes in to redish? Strange you seem to get TC/ ESP/ whatever lights flashing when you give it some, Ive got an e36, and it
Awesome. Know what you mean about the girly giggle when you drove it home too, I was similar when i picked the M3 up, literally couldn't believe I was getting a go in such a car, then realising it was mine!!! RE the work bitchiness, f**k 'em. You've not got 'owt to prove to anyone.
Nice little cars, I had one, plenty of toys for the money but make sure they work! Not great on the mpg front, not much better than my 182, though that could have been down to how I was driving back then.... Seats are dead comfy too.
£1500 doesnt sound bad for a new driver. However, its always worth actually ringing insurers up as well as doing internet comparisons to get the best price.
