I looked to upgrade to 20mb but I saw on their website it's an extra £12 a month, and an extra £27 if I want to go to 50mb!

£39 ish per month with e-billing and a discount for the first 12 months - blagged because they screwed my order up when I first moved in.

XL- it's the size of the package. Ie XL Broadband would be 20Meg, XL TV is all channels bar the Premium Sports and Movies.
