Xenon manual headlight adjuster

Just had to have the headlight off the 182 to change the ballast pack, and while it was off i noticed that the headlight was moving free within the unit. Good job actually because the MOT is due this week!!

On further inspection, it appears that the manual adjuster has broken some how. So after an afternoon of patience (and quite alot of swearing) i managed to get it out.

Not a great picture, but this is the offending article...

I was just wondering if anybody has had a similar issue and if the part can be ordered from Renault? It has a number stamped inside it which is 148 484-00. Is this the correct part number? Or should i start hunting for a replacement headlight unit?
