Wishbone bolt seized

Went to remove my wishbone today but ran into a problem.
Can I F**K get the rear bolt out.
Nut came off fine but the bolt seems to be welded to the inner of the bush.
Anyone had this before and how did you sort it?
Only plan i have at the moment is to cut it.

Any help would be great

I'm raising this thread from the depths as I now have the exact same problem. I've tried heat, a hammer, a bigger hammer, a breaker bar, WD40. Any other suggestions before I dig out the angle grinder?

Even bigger hammer and a Weetabix.
