wibble wobble dual optics

just got a set of dual optics each side from a different person, just noticed that you can wobble the bulb holder about and it moves both bulbs, you can do this on both so im thinking its right.

The vertical adjuster is broken mate.

hope its not, you can shake them and its fine but if you push the bulb holder that moves and the other one next to it moves, i got both sides of two different people and both do the same.

is that the thing in the car what goes from 1-4, is that called the servo on the light?, both are there and i have the ones out my singles so could put that in, would that stop the wobble
