Why is half the forum locked

Can i ask why the Cars/other for sale forums are locked. Like to post some valver bits up there.

Right so thats new then. I sold my valver a few months ago and just wanna see anyone wants some bits before i take them all to the skip ( its all just cluttering the garage). Prices for these bits are gonna be v low or maybe even free.
