Why is buying a new TV so bloody hard??

Currys advertise great deals on their site, yet never have any stock.

When you go in to check, they say they are discontinued....... yet still on display


I want to go and buy a TV... tonight..... and its just a pain in the f**king arse.

Exactly what cookie said, go in to Richer Sounds. Tell them what you want, they'll give you good advice on what T.V's they have. I bought both my last two T.V's from there and will be going back when I get the cash together for the A.V upgrade

That was true when I worked in currys many years ago.

Research online, but from direct tvs. That's what I did last time, helps that I can collect too as they're local.

Currys are one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, never again!

John Lewis price match against Richer Sounds is what I did too.

Nice and easy, and a 5yr warranty.

Found John Lewis to normally have the newer/latest models as well.
