Hi just wondering what everyone thinks really,I've got a clio 172 sport tidy car full service history but needs cambelt doing soon.would you get this done?on the other hand if I don't get this done I could buy a 182 with belts done etc and sell the 172 as never had a 182 before either,What would you do???

If it's a good car etc imo get it done.You could buy something not as good and a lot seem too lie about saying it's been donearly in ads.

182s are the same car but with a different exhaust, don't bother changing for one

Imo a silver 172 needing belts is around £800

Depends on cost of 182 as ive seen some £1200 to £3000

If i was you and you really wanted a 182 i would strip the 172 as theres no value in them as a whole these days.

Better the devil you know.
Keep it, do the belts and spend some money on the things you wish were better. Make the car exactly how you want it.
