Which is the correct standard CD stereo for my 172?

I have a 2003 172 and want to put a standard Renault cd stereo in (came with a tape player whacked in it) but have now seen Cabasse? tuner list? update list.. etc etc and no im confused, which is the correct unit for my vehicle so that i can use the stalk, see it in the dash display and have it run properly?
