Which bucket seats?

  SG9 Forester STi
Just want a quick opinion on bucket seats.

Back when I decided I wanted fixed buckets in my car I bought the first ones I liked the look that were for sale. Little did I know that the Cobra Monaco 'S' seats didn't have the 'S' because they were a sportier variant but because they are designed to fit a larger person. Fail.

Anyway I've had the seats for around 2 years now and whilst I still think they look good my recent track day at Bedford proved that the seats really are too big as I got flung a mile each way round every corner (slight exaggeration ).

Could anyone recommend any smaller buckets?

Thanks in advance!

Vicky.

Pole Positions if budget isn't an issue.

On a budget, Bimarcos are a very decent option.

I might have a set for sale soon..

This 100%, i love my pole postions and im yet to find someone who doesn't find them comfortable for a bucket seat.

You can get the bimarcos from Poland for £100 cheaper than the UK price, making them very affordable!

Wow those are Recaros are actually amazing seats. Think I might have to save up for a bit and treat myself!

Let me know about the ones you're selling Dave when you do get around to selling them and I'll have a look.

Sorry to go off topic, but do you know if you can get cushions for the pole positions that angle up under the knee like scotts seats?

No you can't unless you have them made by a specialist. You can however get a full cushion kit and fabric replacement kits for all fixed back Recaro's
