wheels catching on arch when on full lock :s

my clio 182 is standard, standard suspension and wheels yet when on full lock it catches on the arch. im guessing this isnt normal. anybody got any ideas on why this could be?

it could be the insert under the arch check their in place

Snapped spring maybe?

mine does the same when go over bumps on full lock. I just assumed it was normal due to the wheels being bigger than normal Clios and catching, appears it may not be though if only a few of us have this problem :S
