Wheel buckle, repairable?

  Titanium 182
Another thread regarding the wheels I recently purchased, but an entirely different question so I feel it needed it's own.

I purchased the wheels with one of them having a slight buckle which had been balanced out with weights, but with the idea of getting them refurbed before putting them on the car I fancied seeing if it was possible to get it repaired.

I went to a few local wheel repair 'specialists' who either told me it wasn't possible to straighten out due to the location (with it being on the spoke itself, they wouldn't be able to roll it properly), or that there wasn't anybody in at the time who could advise me. Helpful. Thought I'd post the pictures on here to see what you guys think;

Repairable? If so, where's best to go around the Leeds/Huddersfield area?
