What's the best springs to on my 172

Im wanting some upgraded springs for my ph2 2002 172 what are my best options as I've seen some eibach pro sport kit £170 some apex which are £90 and I carnt find cook sports for sale any where what am I best of getting ?thanks guys

I just changed my set of Eibach sportlines for cooksports, bit lower and feels better

when you fitted the cook sports do you need spring compressors or can you get away without them like when fitting standard springs?
