What spacers do people run with speedline 2118 et 43

What are the size spacers people use to get the wheel out as far as possible?

Mine seem quite far inset.

As above, I have 205 tyres now so would be great to find out with 205's fitted.

205/50/r15 tyre, ET48.5 with 20mm front and 15mm rear spacers, standard camber, sportlines on a 182 FF.
