what rear calipers for 197

Hi all a little issue my rear caliper bleed nipple has seized in and brought the threads out with it so i now need a new passenger side caliper.

I was wondering will all rear calipers from the same era fit or do they need to be 197 ones? also will megane 225 or rs250 ones fit?
