What oil?

  182cup & 172 racecar
Most decent 10-40 will do, some people are fussy though.

Try the search box, it's been covered a million times.:)

how come opie don't stock elf oils?
was trying to keep it to elf as that's what's always been used in it.

Are the elf oils ester? It says their synthetic but that's a bit vague..I personally wouldn't use anything lower than a quality fully syn except for running in.

Most modern synthetics are fine unless your doing circuit racing or extended track work and then you might want something that doesn't become water if your oil temps stay high.

You'd be nicked on the road For utterly taking the Mick long before the standard oil for the Clio has started to lose it's properties.
