What lowering springs to get?

I have a mk2 phase 1 and wanna get it a bit lower. It's currently on some 16' 172 alloys and was just wondering what springs i should get? And what sort of drop you would suggest? Not looking to spend too much but also want some decent quality ones, probably £150 maximum
