Ok, im looking at upgrading my head unit, but what do i go for?

Im standard at the moment, but have a pioneer that i absolutely love but....
1. its blue,and dash is red
2. cant find anything to keep the volume stalk or dash working

on the upside its a good excuse to go shopping.

so..... if any one has any suggestions on what looks/sounds good, and if any one has any pics i good see then it would be very appreciated.

go to moorworld for the dash and volume controls, just ask them its about £30 for the leads and you can match it up to "almost" all head units
there expensive for head units tho so get it elswear and just ask the staff for the correct fitting easy

what pioneer you have for you to say no stalk controls will work?

i have deh-80mp (i think) been to loads of places (turnbulls, halfords etc...)
and they say there is no connector for the controls and display, only sony do 1
